No nonsense – just the truth

A beautifully designed property with friendly staff made my stay pleasant. While the bar hours were limited, I appreciated their flexibility in accommodating our motorcycles. Just a heads up about breakfast prices — eggs cost $14. Clean rooms deserve a note, but noise from doors can be a bit distracting.

Half amazing, half disappointing

Modern design and high-end amenities make for a comfortable stay. The open air lobby and well thought out outdoor patio create a great ambiance.

Some noise issues from doors and cupboards detract from the experience. The shower design can lead to a wet bathroom floor.

The hotel is perfectly located near shops and eateries, making family outings a breeze. My kids loved the comfy sofa bed in our room, which was a hit for movie nights with mum.

My children wanted more kid-friendly snacks available.

I appreciated the modern design of the lobby. It had a refreshing vibe that made relaxing easy after a day out. The lounge areas felt comfortable and provided a good atmosphere for winding down. I had some issues with noise from the doors, though. The sound when they shut could be disruptive at times, especially at night. The shower design felt off, with water spilling out and making the floor wet, which wasn't great. The coffee machine in the room didn't work properly. it spurted water everywhere and made a mess. The mismatched cups and lids made it hard to enjoy the coffee experience. It's a shame because the overall space had potential, but these little inconveniences added up.

The hotel provides a fully equipped 24-hour business center that met all my work needs effectively, along with a shared lounge that enhances the stay experience. I appreciated the express check-out service and the convenience of complimentary newspapers available in the lobby.
